This lesson plan aims to develop students' awareness of their own abilities. It includes a warm-up activity where students say a sentence about something they can and cannot do. Warm-up: Check homework. Ask Ss to say a sentence about one thing they
can do and one thing they cant. do. Remind Ss to use but to join their ideas
and encourage them to use some of the vocabulary from earlier units.

Exercise 1: Ss work in pairs and copy and complete the Word Builder with the
nouns in the box. Check answers by asking Ss to complete the table on the
