Instructions:
1. The existing fee should be deposited in normal account of Azad Jammu
Original Challan paper for about
& Kashmir University Muzaffarabad through Challan Habib Bank
submission of fee having visible/ clear
Limited Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir with visible/clear Challan number,
Challan number, date, amount also date, amount also mentioned in words and stamped by the bank.
mentioned in words and stamped by the Challan paper for about submission of fee must be strictly pasted on
Bank strictly paste here. this page at specified place. Challan paper about student record/fee
deposited in another university account will be not accepted.
2. Those who settled abroad Azad Kashmir and have no source for
submission fee through Challan of Habib Bank Limited Muzaffarabad
A.K may submit fee through Habib bank Limited draft by name Director
Finance and Planning Azad Jammu and Kashmir University
Muzaffarabad A.K. Original bank Draft must be attached with stipple
pin by this form.
3. Clear copies attested of last result card/Degree which is available and
Identity Card must be attached. In case of attaching fail result card and
having not availing/availed allotted remaining chance/chances affidavit
basic worth value attested by the oath commissioner regarding about
not availing/availed left remaining chance/chances must be attached.
4. In case of applying for duplicate migration certificate the information
may be taken directly/ by contact number 05822-960464 (Ext: 214)
before by the office.
5. The case must be sent within 15 days after submission of fee
addressing to Assistant Registrar (General) Azad Jammu & Kashmir
University Chellah Campus Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir.
Migration Fee Schedule:
Ordinary Fee Rs. 2750/- (Within 2 week)
Urgent Fee Rs.5500/- (Within 3 consecutive working Days)
Note: The fee will be changed from time to time which will
be deposited as per revised structure.
