identify card must be attached. In case of attaching fail result card and
having not availing /availed allotted remaining chance/chances
affidavit basic worth value attested by the oath commissioner
regarding about not availing/availed left remaining chance/ chances
must be attached.
4. In case of applying for duplicate migration certificate the information
may be taken directly/ by contact number 05827-961068 before by
the office.
5. The case must be sent within 15 days after submission of fee
addressing to Assistant Registrar (General) Mirpur University of
science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur.
