Student Behavioural Reflection

This document contains questions for a student to reflect on a behavioural issue. The questions are divided into three sessions. Session 1 prompts the student to describe what happened, what they were thinking, and what they have thought about since. Session 2 asks who was affected and how, and what can be done to make things right. Session 3 focuses on preventing recurrences, including agreements if issues arise again and identifying supports. The purpose is for the student to reflect on their actions and take responsibility to repair harm and plan for positive behavior changes.
