Attractive user interfaces to navigate through the system for the users.

2.0 Proposed Solution

To achieve the aims & objectives of this project, the main thing is to
identify the main features that involved in the system. Here the main aim is to
provide, an always available, application that will download file

2.1 Activities involved with Server

Taking User Input

Processing the request
Send response to client

2.2 Activities involved with Client

Ask for User Input

Maintain log
Send request to Server

Display result
All these activities should be carried out by the system & the interfaces should
be user-friendly for the new users.
Requirement Gathering

Hardware Requirement

Processor 133 MHz 486 500MHz Pentium

RAM 32 MB 128 MB Free
Hard disk Space 30 MB 50 MB

Software Requirement

JAVA (jdk1.6.0, jre1.6.0)

Plan of the Project

In the description given below we have talked about the system used by the
various organization & institutes for chatting. we are describing the nature,
purpose and limitation of their existing system, and what we have done to
improve the functionality of their system in the new system. Existing system can
only work, if internet facility is provided, which result in high cost. Person not
belonging to the organization can also interfere and can try to break the
security of the organizational data.
Conclusion

Therefore we can summarize that projects are unique in nature and much
depends on the industry, size, location, nature, complexity, business
environment etc. in which they operate. The truth appears to be that the concept
of one size does not fit all is a good point to start with in certain cases.
