NARRATIVE

I was in a meeting with Advocate Viviana regarding my daughter's care, and the false reports from the staff that she was
refusing care, treatment and medication. With my daughters permission I tried to get a photo of her wrist band. Viviana
grabbed Madi's wrist, covering the band. My husband, Jason, stood up and said "We're leaving". Viviana then grabbed my
husband and began yelling something in Spanish. Jason tried to leave and Viviana grabbed him, pulled him back into the
room and fell down on my lap. Madi became very upset, I pushed Viviana off my lap and took Madison's hand and tried to get
her away from Viviana's physical attack of Jason. Viviana grabbed me as I was trying to leave the room and simultaniously
tried to close the door while blocking the exit with her body. I felt scared and worried for my safety and moved further away
from her coming around the back side of the table and slipped past her as she pushed my husband away from the doorway.
She then chased after me but as I couldn't go anywhere because as she was still also trying to grab me, she was also holding
onto my husband. I was begging for someone to open the door so I could leave. At that moment Viviana turned and pushed
my husband causing him to fall against the door which opened into the lobby. Once in the lobby I broke free of Viviana who
was still grabbing and trying to hold on to me, my husband and my daughter. As another man and Viviana grabbed my
husband they fell to the floor. Then we were all pressed up to the glass doors. I heard staff yelling "let them go" as we were all
pushed against the door that popped open. Jason was again grabbed by someone and I ran with Madi following to our car.
Jason managed to escape and ran to our car and we drove away. I have never been so offended by the unprovoked attack
on my husband and on myself. I have never been in a physical altercation and this has me emotionally wrecked. That Viviana
would physically attack me for trying to leave is not okay
