Material Contract Work of Mr.

= 450 S ft. Constructing 2 floors i.e. Ground and First floor of total area (450 sq.ft. x 2) --

SPECIFICATIONS
Structure:
 RCC framed structure

 9" thick external wall and 4½" thick internal wall of using well burnt red bricks

of SBB or SBC, Ultratech or coromandal cement & Vizag steel.

Flooring:
 Hall, Bedroom & Kitchen of Granite of Cost 80/sft.

 Toilet floor ceramic and walls all-round of 7 ft height of glazed tiles.

Doors & Windows


 Main door Balarsha Teak wood frame (Shutter with Godrej or Equivalent Locks

of Rs.5,000/-, Handle, Tower Bolt) & Door Stopper

Other Doors
 Bedroom door of Gana teak frame and flush door shutter with necessary lick,

tower bolt & door stoppr.

Windows
 Window frame and shutters of Gana Teak wood frame and shutters, necessary

tower bolts, Handle with Safety MS Grill.


Kitchen
 Granite cooking platform with sink of size (2' x 2') and with 2' height glazed tiles

above cooking platform and provision for exhaust fan.

Plumbing & Sanitary Fittings


 Sanitary: Hind ware fittings - white colour (One EWC & One IWC)

 Plumbing: Hindware or Equivalent

 2 in one wall mixture with overhead shower.

 Health faucet, concealed stop-cock in Each toilet.

 Long neck tap for kitchen.

 All water supply lines UPVC (Ashirvad or its equivalent)

 Sewer lines will be of PVC make (ISI quality)

Painting & Polishing


 Main door frame, shutter, All window frames & shutters and bed room door

frames inside only polishing. Whereas in outer window frame & shutters of
painting.
 Enamel paint for MS Grill.

 Interior walls with wall putty 2 coats, primer 1 coat and interior emulsion 2 coats.

 Outer walls with exterior emulsion 2 coats with equivalent Asian (or) Nerolac.

Electrical
 All good quality concealed copper wiring of Finolex or its equivalent (its quality)

and with modular switches of legrand (or) its equivalent of ISI mark.
 Tap terrace flooring with cement mortar and provision for Sintex tank of capacity

1000 litres.of OHT.
