14
A decent case situation will be a person who has been kicked out of college for
neglecting to pass his college examination and bombing twice. The most critical inquiry
that a tutor asks is what is the issue? Would it be able to be that the individual isn't
intrigued, is there a basic issue like issues at home, peer weight and so on? The reason
could be a blend of any of these variables or a solitary one of them. The part of a tutor is
to offer pertinent, commonsense guidance and basic help to the mentee with the end goal
for him to conquer the issue (Fletcher, 2000). A decent coach sets a guide which
comprises of little and achievable focuses on that can be effortlessly assessed for advance
and counsel gave (Harrington, 2008). The coach needs to foreordain the models and
benchmarks against which he or she assesses for targets accomplishment and viability of
the guidance given. Again key execution markers are foreordained and reconsidered each
time the tutor feels that the mentee has accomplished the set targets.
15
set since they shape the structure for the assessment of advance of the mentee and show
when a next choice is to be made (Clutterbuck, 2005)

CHAPTER 4
PROJECT EXECUTION
For conducting this project, sales calls were made to different types of clients mainly two.
The main aim is to buildingassociation with clients for the development of business of
companies keeping long term achievement in mind. The two main categories for sales
calls are:
19
4.1 B2B Tie Ups:
1. Private colleges:Company’s one of the main focuses is to get tie ups from the
Private institutes so that they can increase their clients and revenue also. The area
given to me for my internship is Ara, Patna, Buxar for approaching coaching
institutes for tie ups. The main aim was to build a association with these coaching
institutes so that company can target the students who are studying in these
institution. Apart from this the other area is to sale the company services to
coaching institutes which include advertisement of their brand name on
company’s portal as well as various social platform.
Patna being one of the developed city of Bihar having good number of private
institutes who offers professional courses like:
20
For12months–Rs 200000
Among these institutions 3 of them shown interest in company services then these
interested institutes details sent to the company expert to finalize the deal.
2. Government colleges : The company main focus is to target private colleges as it
gives more revenues to the company but they also want to approach those
government colleges
In which professional courses are provided to the students so they target those
students for company services. After market research it was found that there are
colleges in Ara and Patna who are providing professional courses like MBA,
BBA, BCA, MCA etc. and then a meeting call were made to the respective
college department and explain them about company services for the students and
its advantage. They allowed me to present the company services among students
so that they can understand easily. I have done marketing for the company
services across all the colleges.

might be interested in company services. Calls were supposed to be made to these
students and a datasheet has to be maintained regarding their preference of
mentors and internships. Students interested in getting services from CXOmentors

were also been asked for their choice of mode of service delivery which can either
be virtual or offline.

4.3.1 Mentoring:
The definition of mentoring is different from different aspects. Some place in the middle
of a counselor and a traditional tutor is someone "who supervises the career and
improvement of someone else, generally a less experienced person, through educating,
advising, giving mental bolster, securing, and now and again advancing or
supporting"(Zey, 1984). Huang (1995) portray the significance of Taoist lessons to
mentoring and characterize it as a procedure of shared learning also, development that
advances common advantage, collaboration and support for the both parties. Online
mentoring is based on CMC (computer mediated communication) and there are various
types of CMC based mentoring across the world. The first type is CMC -only mentoring
24
is to be done via Emails, Phones, Websites, Chat rooms, Messaging (Hiltz, 1993). The
second type is CMC – Primary mentoring is to be done majority by online medium but
may also provide mentoring support through phone calls. The third type is CMC –
supplemental in which majority of mentoring is done physically but the association
between mentor and mentee are maintained through Emails, Phone etc.(Ensher, 2003).
Mentors are set up senior experts in the territory of advertising while students are the
individuals who are fledglings, progressing to the field, or simply require particular
counsel. Mentors and mentee regularly are coordinated by means of a virtual medium
and after that meet personally for a 20-minute gathering at the yearly meeting. Most of
the time the mentor and mentee connected just through the Internet while others,
depending upon geological conditions, may likewise convey often by means of phone or
face to face. Mentee have demonstrated that they have picked up counsel.(Carter,
2002)(Robb, 1997).

online domain for students to get individual direction from experienced Professional, we
set up a system for those committed to social benefit. As one mentor stated, "A debt of
gratitude is in order for acquainting me with an awesome chance to give back what I have
effectively taken." Mentors who may some way or another be too busy have the

RESULTS
The main objective of the project was to create Brand image of the company and Client
Acquisition in Ara, Patna (Bihar). With the advancements in technology, Indians still
trusts the Offline medium for conversation but the thinking of people are also changing
day by day. In presence of alternatives like online classes, video calling, web based
talking; students still depend on physical conversation for mentoring. A greater part of
60% Clients decided for offline mediums for taking Mentoring session and also for
closing the deal.
Those 40% customers who picked online medium for Mentoring and different services
are either from urban area other than Bihar or are working experts who did not have
much time toStudy.
Still, with the change in trends, as pee the online report the number of clients taking
online services has been increasing year by year. The digital revolution in India which
happens recently provides access of internet to everyone and easy availability of
computers and smartphones to common man making things much easier. Therefore, the
tendency of students for online mentoring will increment in the coming future. This will
likewise build the working scope of the organization as it will be simpler for it to
persuade students from rural communities to avail the services of the organization.
31
CHAPTER 7
RECOMMENDATION
1. Company has to be more focused on those states or areas where more number of
private colleges is present so that they will pitch their products.Company actually
should focus on the developing cities only.
2. For increasing the revenue it is recommended to do promotional activities.
3. For increasing sales it is recommended to invest in promotional strategies.
Thinking of more educational campaigns in the colleges, setting up hoardings
and having tie ups with nearby institutions will be helpful for the organization.
4. Company is also required to focus on cost cutting.
5. It is recommended to develop a mobile application of CXOmentors because now
a days app is more accessible than a websites.
6. Company can improved their social media presence through Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube e.t.c.
32
CHAPTER 8
CONCLUSION
Nesa Info Private Limited is not a known company till now as it has been working for 2
years only but company is developing their services and increasing the clients day by
day. With developing technology the organization itself has been advancing and giving a
simple service to clients. The company needs to center around its sales and promotions
which will prompt monetary benefits. There is a developing extent of virtual mentoring in
future thus it must be set up to serve the young Students and professional. Additionally,
company also developing their pool of online specialists, they imagine a more tradition
‘ask an expert’ program intended for students who require training for short period of
time.
