1. Installation and commissioning
(1) Checking before installation
 Check the workshop process layout, the construction drawing of civil
foundation and the basic drawing of equipment. Finish the cement
foundation of the rewinding machine. The foundation surface should
be level off, the position of the hole should be correct, the maximum
deviation from the hole should be no more than plus or minus 10mm.
The hole should be vertical, the hole should be cleaned, the
foundation needs more than three weeks after maintenance before
installation.

(2) Preparation before installation


 Familiar with equipment installation drawings, structural features,
installation sequence and technical requirements.
 Check the packing list, check all related parts, and check carefully
whether the parts are damaged in transportation.
 Carefully clean or remove the anti-rust agent on the machine parts,
pay attention to prevent damage to the surface of parts, wipe up after
cleaning, and then apply grease and grease to prevent rust and dust
pollution.

 After cleaning the parts, they should be placed stably. No overlapping
or pressing is allowed. When the rollers are placed, the roll surface
should not touch any articles or the ground.

(3) The installation sequence of the rewinder is suggested as


follows
 Install base line in vertical and horizontal direction, check the size of
foundation, and the anchor bolts shall not be higher than the plane of
foundation plate.
 Install the frame and place the supporting roller for the first grouting of
the positive and positive base.
 Install the base plate of the paper rack and the base plate of the
gearbox generator to make the initial positive and positive first
grouting.
 After the concrete strength of grouting reaches 75% of the designed
strength, put the frame and supporting roller in place, and make the
grouting for the second time.
 Put the parts of the paper rack to assembly and make up and the
second grouting.
 Based on the guide surface, assemble the jacking device, paper roller,
paper roller device, arc roller, paper transfer device, slitting device and
paper roller.
 Assemble the speed reducer, generator, support roller drive and
paper - relief table.
 Install gas and liquid system pipes and control boxes.
 Install the electrical control circuit and connect the electrical circuit to
the control box.

(4) Installation requirements


 Gauge size ±0.5m
 Vertical and horizontal leveling error of stand 0.05/1000mm
 Level of frame span 0.05/1000mm
 Parallelism of the guide rails on both sides 0.08mm
 The verticality of the rack rail to the bottom plane 0.05/1000mm
 Support roller level 0.05/1000mm
 Support roller parallelism 0.03mm
 Paper guide roller level 0.05/1000mm
 Both sides of the rack guide rail should be on the same plane and
parallel to the supporting roller
 Sliding and rotating parts shall be flexible without over-tightening

(5) Preparation for test run

Check whether the electricalwiring is correct
 Check whether the gas and oil system are installed according to the
schematic diagram and design requirements to eliminate blockage
and air leakage and oil leakage.
 Check if the solid parts of each connecting part are tightened, and
whether the moving parts are flexible and reliable.
 sufficient lubricant to all lubricating parts (bearings and lubrication
points)
 Clean up the site, there should be no obstructions inside and around
the machine

(6) Idle running procedures are recommended as follows

 Open the main valve of the air control box and gradually increase the
pressure to 0.6mpa for 15 minutes. Check all relevant pipelines and
valves for obstruction and leakage. If any, exclude it.Then the paper
roll "push", "back" in turn;The "rise" and "fall" of paper delivery air
tire;The "blow" and "stop" of paper guiding;The "up" and "down"
movements of the upper blade should be flexible, accurate and stable
 Turn on the circuit, turn on the control, turn on the oil pump motor,
adjust the pressure regulating valve to gradually increase to 50kg/cm2,
check whether there is oil leakage in all parts of the hydraulic station,
and if it should be excluded. Then, the "lift" and "down" of the
unloading table are carried out in sequence; the "up" and "down"
actions of the platen roller are tested, and the "lower speed of the
unloading table" and the "balance pressure of the platen roller" should
also be performed. Adjustment, each action should be flexible,
accurate and stable.

 After the system test is completed, start the supporting roller drive
motor and operate continuously

2-4 Hours should Meet the following requirements


 The machine runs smoothly, the temperature of the supporting roller
bearing does not exceed 70 degrees。
 The reducer operates normally, noise is not big, lubrication is good,
temperature is normal and not hot.。
 The cylinder on the inner side of the left and right columns on both
sides shall not be allowed to crawl, be out of sync or tilt while the
cylinder shall not be allowed to fall freely when the roller is being lifted.
 At the contact point between the left and right columns and the base,

and at the contact point between the bearing roller and the base, no
vibration is measured by hand when running at high or low speed.

2. Use and adjustment


(1) When using the rewinding machine, the paper edge fan should be
opened.
(2) Adjust the pressure of each cylinder and cylinder
(3) Adjust the depth of bite between the upper and lower knives
(4) Adjust the positioning position of the paper roll mounting device
(5) Adjust the position of the camber roller, make the surface of the paper
roller stretch straight into the rewinding
(6) Adjust the gap between the paper roller device and the sliding frame
of the paper roller and the guide surface of the front column.
(7) In the rewinding process, always pay attention to the direction of
paper width, and control the rewinding rack longitudinal shift
handwheel to adjust
(8) Attention should be paid to the stability of hydraulic and pneumatic
systems at the beginning of the rewinding machine
(9) In the paper break, should immediately dial the control slitting system,
so that the upper and lower knife quickly off

3. Manitance and security:


(1) The rewinding machine should be repaired regularly
(2) Round knife in the longitudinal paper cutting, with the bottom knife bite,
in the paper, rewinding and shutdown, should be removed in time to
avoid the blade damage.
(3) Maintain all kinds of components such as gas road, oil road, circuit,
etc., always check and deal with leakage and malfunction timely.
(4) The rewinding machine should be replaced with all oil one week after
the initial use to prevent metal dust and dirt from damaging the
machine parts.
(5) During the normal operation of rewinding machine, the paper stripper
should be raised to prevent the paper roll from coming out.
(6) The operation of paper feeding must be careful, and the operator on
the machine and control box should cooperate closely to prevent
accidents.
(7) When stop for a long time, should be in roll surface and rotary sliding
surface daub anti-rust oil.
(8) The lubrication position and lubrication rules of the rewinding machine
are shown in the above table

(1) In order to reduce the actual installation error, the left and right racks
should be installed as a whole.The important parts such as guide rail
of frame foundation plate cannot be disassembled and assembled
arbitrarily.
(2) This machine is required to rewind the corresponding width of the
paper roll, if the width of the paper roll is too narrow, it will not
guarantee the normal operation of the rewinding machine.
(3) The original paper requires good quality, the paper width is consistent
with the quality standard, the thickness is uniform, the banner
quantitatively meets the standard requirements, the broken head is
less, otherwise it is difficult to produce the reel paper with qualified
certificate.
