Raspberry Pi Scratch Line Following Car

This document describes a Raspberry Pi traffic lights project. It connects red, yellow, and green LED lights to pins on the Raspberry Pi and runs an algorithm to simulate the lights cycling through red, yellow, and green every 8 seconds. The algorithm turns each light on for 2 seconds in sequence, repeating the full cycle 4 times. A diagram shows the lights and connector block, and pseudocode lays out the 5 steps of the algorithm to control the light sequencing.
