MY REFLECTION
3 IDIOTS
The movie is led by three characters, Rancho, Raju, and Farhan.
Each one of them has their own characteristics and dreams in life
and they have distinct talents and skills in which it helps them to
achieve what they have become in the future.
The movie was very inspiring. It even made us laugh and feel sad. I
feel connected to this movie as it touches our hearts. It just
simply portrays our lives in college. It may be hard to survive
every obstacle that may come our way but what’s important is that
we remained strong in order to achieve our goals in life. As the
saying goes, “no pain no gain”. We will never gain or have the
things that we always wanted to achieve if we did not invest on it
and do everything that we can in order to have it.
“Life is a race, if you don’t run fast you will be trampled” – Viru
“Virus” Sahastrabuddhe quoted Even to be born, one had to race 300
millions of sperms. I could remember my previous math teacher in
high school so furious and scary all my classmates even school mate
are afraid of him actually until now I don't like his personality
and method of teaching, I never learn from him only cursing and
insult.
3 Idiots taught me profound lessons on some of the most important
aspects of life. The importance of Friendship, excellence,
education, and passion. You need a good friend that you could rely
on when problem occurs, good education that teaches you all the
things that you needed to know as a student, a passion for the
thing that you are doing to be able to achieve what you are
striving without hesitation, you need excellence in everything you
do you need to excel in the task that is given to you and bring
best out of you. With all the present of all these things schooling
or any work you choose in life is nothing to be afraid of. These
were some of Rancho favorite line which he lives by
“Follow excellence and success will chase you.
Make your passion your profession.
Study with all your heart, not just for grades.
Study to be accomplished, not affluent”
As a teacher, we should love and have a passion for teaching or any
profession you choose, like Rancho when asked by his friend Farhan
how come he always excels, Rancho’s answer was simple. “I love
engineering. It’s my passion.” He further said, Follow your
talent. Quit Engineering. Marry photography. This was because
Farhan was so good at Wildlife Photography, yet, he’s taking up
Engineering because it was his parents’ dream for him to become an
Engineer.
Pursuing one’s passion is not easy. We’ll encounter so many
setbacks. We all know that prayer without action is useless in a
lot of situation, we would always say that “Bahala na si God”, but
that does not how prayer works, we should pray that he will guide
us along the way to success and not make him do it for us, and we
are still responsible for our actions. We should just thank God for
the experience that we had in our life whether it is bad or good
because we learned a lot either way. Rejections are very hard to
accept and we should not afraid to take risks and worry about
tomorrow.
Always remember, when a problem bugs you, put your hand in your
heart and say GOD is great. “ALL IS WELL”
