Title: CONCRETING OF A ONE-KILOMETER FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD
Date: July 02,2018
Venue: From Sitio Udlom Barangay, Taptap Cebu City.
Budget: Php. 10,000,000.00.

Rationale:
➢ To implement the road concreting from farm to market with Drainage projects to the
areas where most of constituents supper ed in passing by dilapidated road and areas
affected by landslide due to recent calamities we experienced.

Objectives:
1. To give convenience to Barangay constituents in transporting their farm
products to the market.
2. To prevent Landslide and road accidents.
3. To promote the barangay as one of the tourist spot of Cebu City and to
acquire barangay development.

Target client / Area of


COVERAGE :All residents in the barangay and respective neighboring
barangay.

Program plan for implementation


:The Barangay Taptap is an upland rural barangay where most of
their livelihood is from farming therefore road concreting with Drainage projects contributes a
big factor in the environment.

Budgetary requirements of the projects


:Total cost of projects: P hp.10,000,000.00.

Monitoring and Evaluation Scheme


:It depends upon the most convenient time and date for assign
Technical staff to prevent Substandard works and to ensure proper, effective delivery of
construction materials and services.
