Sr. No. Application Process Information
Before filing up the application form it is expected that the student is ready with the following documents:
A) Class 12 Board Marksheet

B) Students Aadhaar Card - Not Mandatory
C) Class 10 Admit Card / Birth Certificate (for Date of Birth)
After reading & confirming Eligibility Criteria, Eligible Boards and other related documents, apply online
through college website www.thebges.edu.in for 1st year.
Preferred Browser: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome.

i. There are no Physical Application Forms available in or outside college.
ii. Beware of touts claiming to have links in the college for direct admission bypassing the process
mentioned herein. Applicants are requested not to become victim of such traps as the college does
not allow indulgence in such illegal method of admission.
Upon opening the website, click on “Admission”. Click on “Apply Now” button which will open first page
of the Application Form.
It is mandatory to fill-up the required details as per the serial number sequence in the following steps in
order to complete the application procedure. After filling up all the details in each step, click on “Submit”
and then Click “OK” to proceed further.

After successfully filling up information in Steps 1 & 2, applicant can
apply for course(s) in this step.
Note:
A) Courses will be displayed based on your eligibility as per the marks
Course entered by you.

Application B) Each selection will be treated as separate application & application
fee of Rs.700/- shall be applicable for each Course / Session.
C) Course / Session selected here cannot be removed once opted for
continue.
D) Addition of new Course / Session can be done later on.
Sr. No. 24 - 36 comprises of personal details of the applicant required
Additional to be provided diligently.

After completion of Step 4, applicants will be re-directed to payment options.
Note:

i. If you want to pay Application Fees by online mode, read Sr. No.5 below.
ii. In case of Application Fees payment by cash at bank, read Sr. No.6 below.
Online Mode of Payment* - If the applicant wants to pay Application Fees online, applicant needs to
select “Pay Online” option. Applicant can choose between Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-banking or E-Wallet
options to pay application Fees online (Rs. 700 applicable for each Session / Course selected).

i. Banking charges will be added Extra, as applicable.
ii. Please do not press F5, Refresh, Reload, Right-click or Backspace button while doing online
payment.
iii. In case if Online Payment is unsuccessful, read Online Payment Transaction Failure.
Cash at Federal Bank only - If the applicant wants to pay Application Fees in cash, applicant needs to
click on “Cash at Bank” option to generate the challan. Print the same for payment by cash at any
branch of Federal Bank (Rs. 700 applicable for each Session / Course selected).

i. If in your browser “popup” is blocked, you will get a display on the top right side of the browser,
please click on that display and enable the popup.
ii. Your application is valid only after payment of the Application Fees.
Make Payment- Applicant can also pay the Application Fees by clicking “Make Payment” option available on
Admission Dashboard. Once opted for “Make Payment” the applicant has to select the Challan which they want to pay
and then can choose the payment mode as per their convenience.
PLEASE NOTE:
1 Applicants may print Application Form & Challan for their records. No need to submit to College.
You will also receive Email & SMS confirmation for your Application at various stages during and after
Application form fill-up.

B) In case of E-mail not being received in inbox, please check the Spam folder.
For, BBA applicants, Selection exam will be taken followed by GD / PI. Exact schedule for the same will be

informed in due course of time.
B.A. English (H) applicants who do not get through merit listing but are eligible to appear for the Entrance

Examination will be notified within due course of time.
