Version of ECC system should be 6.0 EHP 0-7 is ready for SAP HANA migration.

Perform system scan using SAP tools:


1. Maintenance Planner – Which standard business processes functionalities
are used in current system are supported or impacted.

2. Custom Code analyzer: Will show if they are really used or not.

3. Pre-Check Reports: existing system to check if the system is ready for


HANA. It will check the version, preparation activities, and financial
reconciliation.

4. Then use SUM software update manager to convert from ECC to S/4 HANA
– This will provide option to migrate with SAP HANA as database along with
business suite in one single process.

SD Credit Management is migrating to FSCM-CR in HANA. Single GL.

Simplification database download and upload in client 000 and then perform ECC
custom code with new database.

Monitor and Control Run – Once the run is complete
