 HOW OUR VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM WORKS

We would be installing a small GPS enabled device in your vehicle in a hidden

fashion which would find the location of your vehicle using GPS satellites and send
the location co-ordinates to a web server using a GPRS enabled mobile SIM card
where it would be suitably displayed on a map. We would give you the login access
to a website where you can locate the vehicle in real time on
Google/yahoo/Bing/nokia maps along with the speed of the vehicle at all times.
Also historical information like track taken on some back date, location at any
back instance, speed at any back instance etc. can also be known
General Reports:-Our application provides a wide range of advanced MIS reports
which are very useful for large fleet owners and Transport companies. We have
different formats of reports like Web Report, Map Report, Chart Report, PDF and
Excel Reports which can be viewed on hourly daily and monthly basis.

Stoppage Report: The report lists all the stoppage with duration more than the
user defined duration. It also gives the nearest site/location/locality from the
position of stoppage together with the map view of event.

Over speed Report: This report shows all the violations for the user defined speed
limit with the time of event and duration.

Trip Summary: Interval wise summary is shown with parameters Kms covered,
Movement Time (%), Total Time and average speed. The report can be generated
on three basis that are Site Entry, Location Entry and Time.

Locality Report: All the localities (of a city) visited by the vehicle in the specified
interval are shown in order of occurrence. The report is useful for vehicles which
travel inside the peripheries of a city.

Vehicle Performance Report: All the vehicles of the company are compared for
their performance for the specified time interval. The parameters compared
include Kms covered, Movement Time (%) and Average Running Speed.

Sensors Based Reports:

Sensor Reports: The sensor reports indicate the time at which the sensor is put
on and the duration for which it is active. Also it shows the location of the event
 on map and in text. There are reports available for various sensors which are AC,
Ignition, Vehicle Battery and Lids.

Route Module: The module deals with the formation of routes, Deviation from
assigned routes, Route based SMS and Route Progress done by the fleet.

Deviation Report: The report shows all the deviations of the vehicle from its
assigned route in the user selected interval. It also provides the deviation location
in terms of Kms from the start and end of the route.

Restricted Route Entry Report: All the incidents of vehicle entering a route, which
it is forbidden to enter, are shown in a textual format.

Route Progress Report: This report is useful for consignment transporters. It

gives the live report about the vehicle progress on the route it is travelling with
the expected time of arrival at the destination.

Event Log: This is mother of all reports and consist of all the events handled
individually in separate modules. The report is a chronological order of all the user
selected events (selected from Avast list of 14 events) taken together. The events
include Stoppage, over speed, Site Entry, Ignition, AC, Fuel Fill/Removal, and Route
Deviation.
