I – Accessing the Website
OCSEAS is accessible through any web browser at http://ro5.csc.gov.ph by clicking the Online
Exam Application link. However, it is recommended that an up‐to‐date Mozilla Firefox or Google
Chrome is used to enable all the features and configurations of the site.
Applicants of the Civil Service Career Examination may access the site and accomplish the
application form and print on 8.5” x 13” (long) bond paper back‐to‐back like the original CS Form 100.
II – Filling‐up the Form
Applicants will start at the confirmation page to start the application as shown:
Procedures and walkthrough the application:
1. Click Start My Application button by agreeing to the Declaration
2. Enter the necessary personal information of the applicant.
Take note that required fields that are not filled will prevent you from continuing to
the next step of the application.
3. Click Next button and continue with entries of Personal Information.
Clicking the Previous button will take the system back to the first page of Personal
Information but the previously entered data will be retained and displayed. You can make
changes to this data.
4. Enter the Contact Information and Click Next.
Note: Cellphone No is required
5. Enter the applicable Education Background and click Next.
6. Enter the current Eligibility Information. This is not required so you can proceed to the next
page if fields are empty. Click Next to continue.
7. Enter the Present Employment Status. The default selection is Unemployed. Click Next to
continue.
8. Tick an answer on the Additional Information page. NO has been pre‐selected. Click Next
to continue.
9. After filling up all the data entries, you are ready to print your CS Form 100 (Application
Form). By clicking Front Page and Back Page of the form on 8.5” x 13” bond paper. By
clicking the Front page, the application form with entries filled up will be shown on a
browser window.
Please wait for the whole page to load, scroll down to check if load is completed before
attempting to print. This page may take some time to load depending on the speed of your
internet connection.
III – Printing the Form
A. Using Mozilla Firefox
1. Press F10 or open the File Menu of the browser.
Before we start to print, we must first configure the printer to print the form using
specific settings. The following should be set:
Format & Options
Orientation Portrait
Scale 100%
Print Background Unchecked
All Margins 0.1
All Headers and Footers Blank
2. Select Page Setup in the File Menu and set the values as listed above.
Click OK to continue.
3. Paper Size cannot be set in the page setup so we will set it on the printer. Press CTRL + P to
open the Printer Dialog.
4. Select your printer and Click Properties button. Change the Paper Size to 8.5 x 13, Folio in
metric, or Oficioll in inches. Click OK button to continue and start printing your application.
Follow the same steps in printing the back page of the form.
B. Using Google Chrome
1. Press CTRL+P to open the Print Preview Page

Click the Print button to complete the action.
3. Perform the same procedure to print the back page of the form.
