Reflection Paper

I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and understanding throughout this semester.


Different topics or discussions were tackled and learned through books and
researches, one of the topics we had in the class was the Human sexuality and the
sexual self. It enabled me to gain learnings on social aspects as well as development
of sexuality existing among individuals , and its easy for me to cope up because I’d
already experience some of the topics encountered. However, in my case there are
some facts that I did not really heard before; I had really gained a wide
understanding involving sexual behaviors when in terms of sexual intercourse of
both men and women , the various strategies for approaching relationships and the
sexual problems that occur. This topic will guide individuals in choosing what kinds
of relation we tend to get into, and how we tend to behave within relationships.
Under human sexuality topics it challenged my intellectual capabilities, thus shifting
me to the best level of understanding my own values and attitudes . Learning about
sexual development is fun because finding parts played by gender roles in a society
is not only a great importance, but also of very great influential despite of how
someone may categorize and identify themselves. Furthermore, getting knowledge
from psychological and biological and biological perspectives provides me with a
range of better understanding of how distinctive people can be and how they feel as
well.

Well, of course some of my classmates cannot relate on the discussion but we


have to be open minded for us to apply it to our future relationships and it will served
as a guide on how we handle their sexual life . And to determine what category we
belong as individuals. Let’s just be aware and knowledgeable enough not because
we have to experience that thing but because when the time comes that we have to
apply it , it could be life changing.

Live each and every single day,

Smell the flowers, stop and play.

Life is something, we've been blessed,

Choice is yours, choose your quest.

Follow your passions, and you'll be fine,

With the right attitude, you will shine.
