Over the years, business and technology have work in tandem to create successful
entrepreneurs all over the world. Running a business today is a lot different to how it use to
be. Many day-to-day processes can now be carried out and even automated digitally.
Nowadays, technology plays a very huge role in different businesses which may be big or
small. And because of the increasing of population and so the demand of goods and services
in highly increasing too. The more distribution of goods and services, the high chances of
using technology. Especially now that the presence of corona virus outbreak today cause a lot
of changes to business operations and transactions that’s why businessmen and companies
rely on using modern technology that is very reliable and useful especially in this pandemic
to ensure that their business is continually operating for good. And one of the most reliable
technology and essential tool for business is the Computers. It is used around the world in
almost all the private, government, and home-based businesses and organizations. Without a
computer, it’s impossible to conduct, run, and grow the business. That’s why the computer is
important to use in business organizations and companies.
Computer is an electronic device that can receive and manipulate data( input) and
produce information (output) .It very is common to see businessmen and companies using
computers in these modern era. Entrepreneurs and other small business owners utilize
today’s rapidly changing computer technology in many different realms of operation.
Indeed, computer is an integral part of the business landscape today, in part because they
can be an effective to so many different aspects of a business daily operations. It is no
understatement to say that without computers, most companies would simply not be able to
function. That is an even more startling fact when you think about life before technology
evolved.

Before computers, staff had to be physically on site to complete their roles. That
meant that remote working was not feasible and having staff out in the field was difficult so
computers changed that by making it easy for people to stay in touch and to work from
anywhere. This computerized solution to working allows staff to access their office from
anywhere and to collaborate with others, even if they are not in the same room. Furthermore
when computers before made their mark in business, all companies had to keep paper files
and store important documents physically. This was naturally a waste of resources and also
took up valuable space on premises. It also saw paper files go missing and be hard to find.
Computers took data storage digital and made it simple to store and find any documents
needed by searching from your PC.

However, since the advent of the personal computer and the Internet, businesses have
an instant access to change global markets, . Computers had been used before then but not on
such a widespread scale as now. The internet came along and changed all that by connecting
the world, and developers created powerful new tools for businesses to use. That made
computers a great way to not only work harder but also smarter. (IJCEM volume 2, Issue 1,
April 2015). Since the internet came onto the scene and computer became essential for
business use, the technology involved has had a massive impact that includes: improved
business communication, product distribution and sales, presentations, accounting
management, inventory and digital marketing.

Computers changed not only how this was done but also made it much more effective.
Advances like email and instant chat and video calls made it faster to pass on information
within an organization. Computers also allow for better communication with customers
through channels like websites or pages. As with staff communication, computers allow you
to pass vital information onto customers in an efficient, concise way.
 In addition, Computers do more than help businesses create professional looking
slides presentation in Powerpoint . It is also easy to use this technology by creating sales
report and audits through the use of Microsoft excels , word and etc. It is also good for
printing of flyers, leaflets ,brochures and other details that helps business promotions.
Because computers can often automate time-consuming tasks that humans perform,
software developers create programs that solve a variety of problems. One good thing also
of a computer is that it helps business to collect manages, calculate sales, arrange and
visualize customers data especially for big companies and industries .
Business uses computers for keeping track of accounts, money, or items that they
need. You may notice business people using computers in offices and use things like pie-
charts and graphs when they present information to other business people in meetings. Most
of those charts were made by computers. Computer systems are heavily utilized for a
variety of accounting function including employee payroll; cash flow analysis; job costing;
and other expenses and revenues that impact on the business’s fiscal health. Small business
owners use computers for bookkeeping more than for any other purpose, and software
programs designed to help even inexperience business owners with their bookkeeping have
proliferated on the market place in recent year.
On the other hand , According to Business Web Site, the amount of time most
business office workers spend at the computer has, however, given rise to a number of
repetitive strain health problems on eyes, wrists and hands. Generally, aside from the
computers positive impact it has also a negative impact that the users of these technology
may taken.
Therefore, Computers absolutely completely changed the world and it keeps
changing. Everyone was impacted by this remarkable device. You might disagree with me a
little bit, one thing is certain: without computers, we are not anywhere close to where we
are today! And even without the online system , still computer can do more things to
business.
