Narrative Report

The program on the Distribution of Lenovo E-Tablet to parents was held on March 9,
2021, Tuesday at 9:00 in the morning. This occasion was graced by the DepEd Laguna EPS I-
in Filipino, Ma’am Zarina G. Llarena. Before the program proper started the committee
assured that all the necessary health protocols were followed.

The Lady of Ceremony, Ms. May L. Cabantog, MT II, presided the short ceremony.
The program started by giving the IATF Protocol Reminder which was done by Mr. Matthew
A. Torralba, Teacher II. It was followed by the rendition of the Nationalistic Song,
“Magkaisa” by Virna Lisa.

To ask for guidance and protection and acknowledge God’s goodness, love and
favor, a short prayer was led by Mrs. Helenita G. Dionisio, Teacher III.

The recipients of the Lenovo E-Tablet was presented by Mrs. Rhydel L. Garcia,
Teacher II. The following students were presented as recipients of the E-Tablet: Junice
L.Bunyi, Grade 11-Explorer and Ruth C. Baldonado, Grade 12-Google.
After the presentation of the recipients, the Principal II of Pagsanjan Senior High
School, Mr. David E. Titan, Jr. delivered his opening remarks.

The first part of the program was concluded by a short message given by Ma’am
Zarina G. Llarena, EPS I-Filipino. In her speech, she congratulated the parents for the
privilege they received. She also reiterated the educational benefit the recipients would
enjoy and the proper care and use of the gadgets entrusted to them.

The second part of the program was highlighted by the distribution of Lenovo E-
Tablet to recipients which was led by Mr. David E. Titan, Jr., Principal II of PSHS and Ma’am
Zarina G. Llarena, EPS I-Filipino. The next part was the message of acceptance by one of the
parents of the recipients of the Lenovo E-tablet. It was then followed by the signing of the
MOA between the Schools Division Office and the School Head.

The parents of the recipients of the Lenovo E-Tablet were also asked to sign the
“Accountability of Parents” agreement. The program was concluded by a closing remarks
given by Mrs. Raquel G. Samarista, MT-II.
