1. Reference: police blotter entry no: 285-017
2. At around 2:00 PM of March 15 2016 an incident reported
personally in this station by one Gelly P. Barbon 29 years old
single Filipino Citizen a resident of Matina 45 St Gravahan
Davao City. requested for an investagation relative to the
incident cited above
3. This pertains to the rape incident happened at around 12:30 am
of March 15 2016 that transpired at University of Mindanao Mini
Forest Matina Davao City upon the receive of information the
team led by the undersigned immidiately responded to the said
incident. The victim was identified as Christine D. Inderes, call
center agent, college student , Filipino,female,single, 25 years
of age a residence of 45 St. Gravahan Matina Davao City. The
suspect was still unidentified, wearing black polo shirt.
Complainant state that the last time they saw the victim was
March 14 2016 around 7:00 PM with his co workers
4. Davao City Police Satation 2 is now conducting a man hunt
operation against the suspect.

2.At around 2:00 PM of March 15,2016 an incident reported personally in
this station by one Gelly P. Barbon 22 years old single Filipino Citizen a
resident of Matina 45 St Gravahan Davao City. requested for an
investagation relative to the incident cited above
3. During man hunt operation conducted by Davao City Police Station 2
operatives the suspect was arrested and identified as Russell Pardillo,
call center agent ,filipino male single 28 years old a residence of 57
Atshop St Boulevard and co worker of the victim, with the height of 5’7 and
weight 70 kgs. The arrested suspect is now under the custody of Davao
City Police Office Station 2
4. The victim Christine D. Inderes, call center agent, college student ,
Filipino,female,single, 25 years of age a residence of 45 St. Gravahan
Matina Davao City was brought to the PNP crime laboratory
,PRO4A,Camp Vicente Lim for autopsy the victim sustained five stabbed
wounds in her chest .
5. Rape with Murder case was filed against the suspect

2.At around 2:00 PM of March 15,2016 an incident reported personally in
this station by one Gelly P. Barbon 22 years old single Filipino Citizen a
resident of Matina 45 St Gravahan Davao City. requested for an
investagation relative to the incident cited above
3.after the arrest of one Russell Pardillo, call center agent ,filipino male
single 28 years old a residence of 57 Atshop St Boulevard and co worker
of the victim, with the height of 5’7 and weight 70 kgs.
4. That on March 22. 2016 an inquest proceeding was conducted by
Davao City Prosecuters office under RTC docket no. LV-07-INQ -135-
0008 against the respondent one Russell Pardillo, call center agent
,filipino male single 28 years old a residence of 57 Atshop St Boulevard.
5.Based on the foregoing facts and circumstances the arrested suspect
has the full knowledge of the incident at University of Mindanao Mini
Forest Matina Davao City the motive of the suspect was to have
intercourse with the victim but the victim refuses.
6.A Rape with Murder case was filed in RTC Davao City.
7. The Subject was convicted for Rape with Murder case and now
under supervision of BJMP.
