Have you received installation projects?
1 .Installation and assembly processes of the products have been completed in accordance with the user manuals.
a. Is your chimney installation ready? Is it in the correct coordinates? Please send us some photos.
b.Is your LPG installation ready? Please send us some photos.
c. Is your air and water(clean and waste water) installation ready? Please send us some photos.
2. Have you provided permanent electrical energy? Have you used cables suitable for kw?
3. Is ethernet cable arranged for internet connection?
a. Cablo specifications: CAT 5e SF / UTP 24 AWG PVC – data cable with monitor
b. Cat5 RJ-45 socket with monitor should be connected to the remote access device or ethernet switch on the electric panel side.
c. Cat5 RJ-45 plastic socket should be connected to the ethernet switch device on the customer side.
d. Have you got a wifi? If so, what is the signal strength / quality?
e. What is the signal strength / quality of the GSM operator?

should be waited. Otherwise, the customer accepts that the product being operated meets all the working conditions in the user manual and the
responsibility of the malfunctions that may occur due to the non-compliance of these conditions.
2 . Product number, product type etc. The information is on the metal labels on the products.
