1. Tell Me about Your Self

Good morning ladies / gentlemen, greetings healthy. Thank you for the opportunity
was given to me. Okay, I will start to tell you about myself. My name is Fandy Pratama
Lumban Gaol. You can call me Fandy. I am a graduate of animal husbandry from
Gadjah Mada University. I am a person who is hardworking, communicative, innovative,
willing to learn, besides that, I am a konsiensyes and results-oriented person.
I am a fresh Graduated. I like to organize and meet lots of people.
During college in 2019 I was the Chair of a Christian spirituality unit where I had to
manage and coordinate with 18 faculties, and I was assisted by a team of 57 people.
I am also active as a lecturer assistant and involved in mandated research. Even
though I was active in various activities, I was also able to graduate in 4 years with a
3.24 GPA.
I am a very productive and adaptable person. During college, I had a recording
internship staff for 2.5 years until I was appointed as an internship student coordinator at
livestock pens of the Faculty of Animal Science UGM in 2020, and I was assigned to
coordinate 51 internship student. I love that mandate. Conducting weekly meetings is
something I really enjoy. Because I can get to know other people much better, can explain
the increase and decrease in production, tell the team the problems that occur in the field
every week, and discuss solutions or innovations that can be done.
Throughout my studies I learned a lot from organizations, internships, lecturer
assistants, etc I think It will be a very good experience capital if I can be part of this

2. Tell me the success that you have achieved (technical)
- When I was chairman of the Christian Spiritual Student Activity Unit, I was assigned to
coordinate with Christian spiritual organizations at the faculty level. The relationship
between the university level organizations and the faculty level at that time was not good
enough that it made me have to try to re-establish relationships with the faculty level
organizations. Relationships with 18 faculties can return to harmony with the signing of the
approval of the ad / art organization, which is valid if it is approved by the faculty level
organization. (Together with my team of 7 people where I became the head of the project,
we succeeded in making a new AD / ART after almost 28 years of never being renewed.
Making AD / ART is not an easy thing because you have to consider 20 faculty level
organizations spread across 18 faculties and must approved by at least 11 faculties.

- When I was a coordinator for internship students, I also served as a cage coordinator
who organized cage management. In March 2020, Covid 19 forced companies to quickly
adapt and make decisions and UGM decided to lock down.
the pen where I worked, was also required to take a day off, but on the other hand, our job
is to raise animals and if we take a day off then, the livestock will also die besides that.
Take a decision between job and human healthy is not easy. I had discussions with my
supervisiors but they left the decision to me and that made me even more confused.
After pondering and thinking for 1 week, I decided to lockdown and open 5 volunteers
including me for 3 months to work and live in the cage. My other team who were at home I
gave them work in the form of data processing and research, and don’t forget conducting
meetings weekly for discussion.
As a result, we have succeeded in increasing livestock sales, livestock production
rates, and innovation in management. And on the other side from taking care of the cage,
I also succeeded achived my target that is to completed my thesis in one month.
3. Explain about your thesis, technical and results
My thesis is entitled changes in the body weight of the mother during breastfeeding
and pre-weaning calves which are raised by breeders in the Mergo Andini-prosperous
livestock group. This research aims to know changes in body weight during breastfeeding
andThe live weight gain of Ongole crossbred (PO) calves raised by breeders in the Mergo
Andini Makmur cattle group, Sayegan sub-district, Sleman Regency. 11 cows and cubs
were observed for growth including the body weight of the mother and offspring every
month from birth until the chicks were six months old; consumption of mains feed in a day
measured by reduction in the amount of feed provided with the remaining feed; and
maintenance management is identified by making direct observations and interviewing the
head of the herd.To determine whether there was a difference in body weight between
mother and child from month to month since birth, weight data were analyzed using
quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. It was concluded that During the
breastfeeding period there was a decrease in body weight in PO cows and an increase in
body weight during pre-weaning. The mother's weight loss in months I and II of the high
breastfeeding period is in line with the high increase in body weight of the children.

I understand that self-management and team skills, are mentioned several times in the job
description and are a requirement for this position.
This is my strength that I have developed since college.
I have the skills needed, in this position especially in terms of communication, team
development and flexibility.

if I am given the trust to be accepted in this company I can express my abilities and
dedication more. Having a career in this field has been my passion for a long time, I will
give my best if I can join this position.
What are your positive traits or strength?
One of my strengths is ability to manage time. I organize my time as much as possible,
when I became chairman of the organization, I was faced with my research and internship
activities, so I really needed time management skills. with these skills I was able to work
together to make work more efficient. Another my strength is:

 5. What is your weakness
- I am a perfectionist, I need a complete data to make a decision, so it takes a long
time to make a decision.
- I prefer targeted jobs, because I will be more eager to solve it.
- When I start a job, I usually forget to take meal breaks and work too much.I care
about this problem, I will balance work time with rest time, and take time for my
health.

6. How do you deal with a work team that doesn't match your opinion
- Solid team work is the key to good success in job achievement. In dealing
with this, I try to receive and provide feedback (suggestions) in accordance
with the principles and work ethic of the company, so that the results obtained
can be well covered.
- I think differences of opinion are normal in a job. I will speak nicely in polite
language with the person and find the best solution to the problem. I would
respect him if the opinion he conveyed was better, but when I believe that my
opinion is better for the company in the future, I will discuss it again with other
teams to get a good and fair solution.

7. Have you ever felt like a failure? How do you deal with it
When I was studying in my second semester, I made a big mistake. At that time I was
planning to change majors in college so I wasn't serious about my studies, I
underestimated some of the courses and felt sure to get good grades. The result was that
I failed to change majors and my grades were bad, at that time I got a GPA of 2.68.
Through this experience of failure, I learned not to underestimate the slightest things and
not to get satisfied with the little things that I do. After realizing that my grades are
increasing every semester, I am also active in the organization and graduate on time. I
also made a new history by becoming the fastest graduate in the laboratory where I
worked.
8. What if we don't accept you
Alright I am a very optimistic person. So I always thought if I did my best I would get
a job. But if bad things happen that I am not accepted in this company, then I will think
that other people might be better than me. They are entitled to this position. There may
be some points I should improve on. Maybe I will try to apply for another job that suits
my education and expertise.

What kind of strategy is uniqlo taking in order to maintain and increase profits during this
pandemic?

12. What are you busy with?

I am currently actively looking for work, involved in campus projects, participating in
webinars or training, and with my friends building a small business.

13. Sales experience?

When I was in college I was active in participating in the committee, some of the
committees that I participated in required me to sell in an effort to meet the funding needs
of the event, besides that I also sold chocolate bananas for 3 months.
 14. Experience develop people?
When I was in college, I was the head of an organization and coordinator for interns. One
of my tasks was to develop my team. My organization has 5 major events that are held
for 1 year, as the chairman, I have the task of forming a committee for the event. My
days are filled with many discussions, placing candidates correctly in a position, building
a warm mood in the committee, monitoring etc. so that in the end the event can go well
and the committee is also satisfied and there are skills that are added or honed in them. .
15. What major do you want for S2?
If in the future I can get the opportunity to continue my education to S2 I want to enter
Master of Management Study Program, FEB UGM.

I like jobs related to management, marketing, and other people's development.

As much as possible I avoid jobs that require me to be in the laboratory

manager?

“First of all, I want to learn as much as possible to become more familiar with this field of
work. If I have gone through many phases, the hope is that I can at least in the next 5
years be considered to fill the area manager position ”.

I am someone who is creative and likes innovation, the obstacle I might face is feeling
bored if I do the same job every day.

Uniqlo can help me achieve my goals because I registered as UMC where I will learn a
lot about store management, negotiate, communicate, build a team to be stronger. It is
an important asset and the basis for me to be able to achieve my goals.
29. Why do you want to manage a store?
Because managing a store is not as easy as other people think, managing a store makes
you have to see every single thing in detail such as dust underneath, developing a team,
placing items, paying attention to the look on customers' faces when looking at products,
how to serve other people. I think I'm a pretty detailed person and fit for it.
30. What is your understanding of the UMC program?
The UMC program is a fast track program in a career at uniqlo, where within 1 year you
will be educated on things about store management, interaction, etc. And at the end of
this 1 year training, we will be assigned as assistant store managers to experience and
learn more about the shop so that careers can continue to rise, which is balanced with
increased knowledge and skills.

I have a dream of becoming a rich person so that I can help many people even more, by
opening foundations, orphanages, schools, rehabilitation centers. I want to see other
people have big dreams, strong characters, and hearts that are willing to serve.

Uniqlo is a fashion brand engaged in fast retailing. What makes Uniqlo unique and
popular with many people is the excellent quality of the product, the simple, classy
design but the affordable price.
34. What is your largest weakness?
My biggest weakness is patience. I am a person who is do my task so fast and I am a
person who will be on time in evertime. I think 15 minutes for waiting its very long for me
and cit can make I am angry
