progressed at an accelerated rate

Invention of Television - Created in 1926 by John Logie Baird, the
television was one of the first inventions to affect the lives of masses all over

Computer - The concept of computer came into existence courtesy Charles
Babbage. The first programmable computer was however made by Konrad
Zuse. This was closely followed by the production of the desktop and laptop

Guglielmo Marconi, the radio became the most used forms of communications

The Automobile - Popularized by Henry Ford's Model T in 1908, the
automobile gave the average person a bigger degree of mobility and personal
freedom while also spawning a revolution in the market place.
Air Conditioning - invented by Willis Carrier in 1902, and textile mill
engineer Stuart Cramer was the first to coin the term “air conditioning” in
1906.
Xerography - based on the photo conductivity of semiconductor materials
that are applied to a special backing made of, for example, paper or metal. The
process was developed in 1938 by Charles Carlson.
Refrigerator - Invented in 1913. The first electric refrigerator for domestic
use was invented by American Fred W. Wolf
