MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
This agreement is made and entered into among the following persons:
1. GRACEZELLE MENDOZA SORIANO of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Purok 6, Lacquios Arayat Pampanga;
2 KATRINA MAE EMPESTAN BORREL of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and
a resident of Talogtog, Mangatarem Pangasinan:
3. MARY JOY DE JESUS ALBANIEL of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of 1316 Penafancia St. Brg. 682 Paco Manila;
4. CRISELDA YAMBAO CANO of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Lower Poblacion, Tuba Benguet;
5. BERLYN JAY AKISTOY BADAY of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of JC 116-01 KM 5, Pico La Trinidad, Benguet;
6. LESLY ANNE ESPI JOSON of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident
of 8919 P Victor St. Guadalupe Nuevo Makati City;
7. WELLYN JOY AKISTOY of legal age, legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident
of Ampusongan, Bakun Benguet;
8. JANRY DEMOT BUAYAN of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of
41 Pucay Village Marcos Highway, Baguio City.
9. JUDY ANN DUAY LIMPIO of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident
of 41 Pucay Village Marcos Highway, Baguio City.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties agreed to pay eleven thousand pesos (Php
11,000.00) each for a period of ten months (10) and receive by the party
assigned for that month;
WHEREAS, the parties know that they will be subject to a criminal case for
estafa if they will fail to pay any monthly dues, after they received the amount
of one hundred thousand pesos from the parties.
Now, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises the
parties hereto agree as follows:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. That the parties agree to pay eleven thousand pesos (Php 11,000.00)
every month for a period of ten months (10). Beginning August 30,2022
to June 30, 2023.
2. That the parties agreed that JUDY ANN DUAY LIMPIO will received on
AUGUST 30,2022; JANRY DEMOT BUAYAN will receive on SEPTEMBER 30,
2022; GRACEZELLE MENDOZA SORIANO will receive on OCTOBER
30,2020; CRISELDA YAMBAO CANO will receive on NOVEMBER 30,2022;
BERLYN JAY AKISTOY will receive on DECEMBER 30,2022, LESLEY ANNE
ESPI JOSON will receive on JANUARY 30,2023; MARY JANE DE JESUS will
receive on FEBRUARY 28, 2023; GRACEZELLE MENDOZA SORIANO will
receive on MARCH 1, 2023; KATRINA MAE EMPESTAN BORREL will
receive on APRIL 30 and MAY 30, 2023 and BERLYN JAY AKISTOY will
receive on JUNE 30, 2023.
3. That the parties agree to pay a penalty of two hundred fifty pesos (Php
250.00.) everyday from failure to pay the monthly dues.
4. That the parties agree to received the payment at the first day of every
month.
5. That the parties agree for “NO REFUND POLICY” for failure to pay the
monthly dues.
6. That the parties agree to pay attorney fees if cases are filed against them
in court.
7. That the parties agree that the venue for court action is exclusively in
Baguio city, Philippines.
In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereto affixed their signatures
