examples

○ Do you have a perspective on this product and products in general?
○ How can you showcase your personality in the interview process?
■ Your answer should give you insight into you as a person
■ Tie it all back to how your love for the product ties back to the company
and your value to the company
● Picking your product
○ Choose a product you are genuinely interested in
● Having a perspective
○ Write down a list of good and bad points about the product
○ How do you use the product in a way that other people do not
○ Create a thesis statement (something that challenges the status quo)
● Improving the product
○ When thinking of product improvements, leverage a user-based approach. What
improvement would impact what users. What does the user segment care about?

○ Mention the problem the product is supposed to solve and why it missed the
mark
○ Customer needs, competitors, trends that validate your opinion

○ Define the scope of the problem and the units of the final answer

○ Breakdown the problem into logical segments
