PARADIGM SHIFTS #1 AND HOW TO BUILD AN ORGANIZATION

NB: Networking simply means talking to people, building human relationship.
STEPS:
1) Have the right frame of mind e.g. positive thinking only. And do away with fear and doubt.
2) Your attitude and strategies determines your altitude. They you dress, talk, and behaves
will determine your success

V-TEAM BASIC TRAINING


-You must a pillar to lean on as a business person
-You must work in unity
-You must have a target, goal and common purpose
3) Strategies:
A. One of the keys to succeeding in this business is understanding and accepting that most
traditional strategies and concepts are not always totally applicable in this business.
B. You do not use basketball strategies for swimming.
C. In the traditional business and corperate world, one of the key thoughts is…”The more
contacts and connections you have the better”.
D. In sales the thought is… The more sales you make, the more money you earn.
4) Learn how to use your “circle of influence”. Your friends, relatives and colleagues will join
you in this business, not because of GQI. They join because they trust YOU!
Most people have a circle of influence of about 3-5. E.g. bro Joseph, Mr. Godwin, Mr.
James, etc. In other words, you may not personally be able to convince 100 individuals to
join you in your business… but everyone agrees that 3-5 is not much of a task.
The GQI computerized tracking system does not distinquish between a direct and indirect
referral.
If you personally bring in 5 left and 5 right direct referrals, and if the organization that you
have built bring in 5 and 5 direct referrals… The money earned is still the same…us$225.
The mistake most people make is after bringing in their” TWO” (FOUR)
What happens then is that the 2,3,4, people that you have referred personally are left
alone to fend for themselves. And they usually end up not continuing in the business.

5) What you must realize is that you must be PATIENT.


REMEMBER! This is Not a “GET RICH QUICK’ scheme.
Start setting a culture of encouraging others to assist their “direct” in referring their circle
of influence. The only way you can start this culture is to do it yourself. The numbers will
come later. Teach everyone to work with their circle of influence. And the BIG numbers will
come later!

1. DREAMS = Reason, compelling Reason, vision


- Is something you want so badly that you are willing to pay any price to achieve
it.
- Types of Dreams:
i. Short term dreams
ii. Long term dreams
iii. A dream of who of who you want to be in the future.
- There’s something out there you need to achieve.
- Never talk about things if you are not willing to write down.
- If the dream is Big Enough, The FACTS don’t count.

2. COMMITMENT = Is making a decision and sticking to it no matter what.


- Go to work and come back home…..
Commitment means;
i. Attending events iv. Attending Revcon
ii. Acting trained v. NSS
iii. Attending v-con
- Listening to CD’s
- Attending leadership camps for personal growth
- Training is part of power of association
- Keep Pushing.

3. NAME LIST = my name list; write down 200 names from which your 2 will come up.
The name list must consist of you families, friends, age mates, related people.
- Sit with your down line and go through
- Never prejudge
- Put everyone into the name list
- Write it down in a book
- A minimum of 200 names
- Use memory Joggers
- Hot, warm, cold
4. THE ART OF INVITATION AND PROSPECTING
i. Professional invitation
ii. Not professional invitation usually by a phone call.
- Don’t panic, don’t get scared of inviting
- Have the posture (how you talk to your caller, your voice)
- The invitation should be Short and sweet
iii. Prospecting means your name list must increase by 10% every month
- Art of prospecting, when you interact with society, you must come back home
with prospects….
- He needs you more than you need him
- Check your mood before invitation
- Put the person into suspense

5. SHOWING THE PLAN/PRESENTATION


- Presentation is the core of this business and it has no qualification as the right or
wrong.
PRESENTATION
- It is like the rubber band
- Always choose the right environments
- Hold question till the end
- Your dressing, smart, casual, professional
- You must dress , talk and walk like a Billionaire
- Edify your up-line
- At least 45mins – 1 hour
- At least 15 presentation every month
- Edification is about business, it is never about personality, because it is good for
you
TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS
1. One on one presentation by an up-line
2. Public presentation by the v-team
3. Home meeting/presentation(very effective)
Four (4) Things To Consider In Presentation
a. Company profile(name, what purpose, date establish, founder, locations(headquaters))
b. Product – 6 categories (watches & Jewellery, personal care & beauty, education,
holidays, motor care, technology, health & wellness)
c. Compensation plan
d. Projections: - Monthly for 10 months 68200,dollars 4 billion cedis

6. FOLLOW THROUGH: is to handle objections. For every 2 – 3 days or weeks.


- Always use positive terms; feel, felt and found as you explain things to the new
person.
BN: Here is where you must handle his/her objectons.
Leave intelligence, follow the dreams. Use those who are making it in the
business as example to motivate the new comer. Help the person to find a
dream in life and help him/her to know how productive the business is.
- Maintain your posture
- Follow through should be done 48 HRS
- Walk away with pride
- Don’t allow them to walk away
NB: SWs;
Some will, some won’t, so what, some is waiting some where
- Pick up your phone and call

7. COUNSEL UPLINE / Consult your leader


- Very, very, very, very important
- Seek consultation, strategies from your up-line because he has done it before
- Your up-line is your life line
- Counsel up-line in everything; Golden Rule, Bad news up-line, only Good-news
down-line
- Your relationship with your working up-line should be like brotherhood.

8. DUPLICATE = the key aspect of network marketing.


Duplicate as soon as possible. (ARCHAT)
- Meaning creating photocopies of ourselves/yourself by doing the same to bring
2 others to continue
- Identify your core leadership
- Your system, your presentation, create clones of yourself; your strategies
NB: You must make a Decision, put your passion into it 100% everyday.
Remember that this is a business of impartation.
