NATIONAL CERTIFICATION
The PPM Certification Training Program has two types of national certifications, namely PPM Manajemen
Certification and BNSP Certification.

1. PPM Manajemen certification is issued by PPM Manajemen which has comprehensive training and is
supported by trusted and tested competency validation.

2. BNSP certification is a certification that is tested by an independent agency established by the government,
namely the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). The competency test process is in collaboration with
the Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP).

The following are several categories of BNSP certification that are required based on several applicable
regulations, including:

PROCUREMENT : Human Resources for the

Procurement of Goods/Services are required to have
a Certificate of Competence based on Presidential
Decree no. 16 of 2018 and its Amendment No. 12
Year 2021.

HUMAN CAPITAL : Implementation of mandatory

competency certification for HR professionals based
on the Ministry of Manpower No. 115 Year 2022

RISK & COMPLIENCE : Regulation of the Minister

of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of
Indonesia Number PER-5/MBU/09/2022 concerning
the Implementation of Risk Management in State-
Owned Enterprises.
INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION
