crtl + e = flash fill

crtl + space =select entire column


shift + space= selct entire row
shft + crtl + space= entire sheet
crtl + page up and down = goes back and forth b/w the first column & the last
column cell of a spreadsheet
ctrl + home and end = goes back and forth b/w the first row and last row cell of a
spreadsheet
ctrl + shft + page down , page up , home, and end = select astromonical rows and
columns
shft + page up & down,home and end = select multipe rows and columns
shft + alt + end = to group rows & columns
shft + alt + home= to ungroup rows & columns
crtl + T= creates tables
crtl + W = save changes amd closes the existing excel file
crtl + U = underline
crtl + I = italic
crtl + B = bold
crtl + O = shows us the option to open any other existing excel file
crtl + P = print a excel file
crtl + D = chnanges the data of the next cell to its preceeding cell
crtl + F or H = find and replace
crtl + G = you can choose to go whichever cell location in your worksheet
crtl + K = attaches hyperlink to the text or to an empty cell
crtl + X = cut
crtl + C = copy
crtl + V = paste
crtl + N = news excel opens
crtl + Z = undo your previous action
crtl + Y = redo your undo process

alt + V + Z = excel sheet zoon in and out

crtl + tab = switching between multiple workbooks of excel
