Apply for this job!

Do you want to join the largest and most strategic IT and business programme in
DFDS? Then you could be the newest addition to our team as Business Integration
Analyst!

With the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain
Operations (D365F&O), DFDS is embarking on a digital transformation across HR,
Finance and Procurement. Replacing all current ERP solutions with D365F&O
across more than 20 markets and +60 entities is a paramount aspect of our
ambition towards becoming a greener and more digitized operator. To achieve our
goal, we need the expertise of a Business Analyst to assist the Atlas Programme,
our ERP Programme team, in developing effective IT solutions that ensure an
optimal implementation process.

Be part of the movement - and play your part.

About the role

The Atlas Programme consists of seven workstreams, working in a multinational,

inclusive and diverse team, having members across different countries such as:
Denmark, Poland, Turkey, India, and Philippines. You will be located at our

a part of the D365 IT Workstream within the Atlas Programme and be partnering

Architects, Business Analysts and Developers, where you’ll play a critical role in

moving critical business functionality out of DFDS line of business systems and
into D365F&O together with our Lead Architect.

Analyze data, existing business processes and requirements for systems that
need to integrate to D365F&O

that requirements are captured accordingly and correct

with each of the systems and ensuring that the workstream has the needed
information to integrate D365F&O as efficiently as possible
Design and document integrations and solutions in accordance with best
practice and architectural guidelines of the ERP Programme and DFDS
Prepare and perform testing of integrations and solutions during
development and implementation
