We are hiring for the following positions:

Technical, Functional, Management, Sales and Talent Acquisition departments based on the open
positions as mentioned above.
Employment Type: Full time 6-month probation then permanent.
Payroll: Direct role
Number of vacancies: Multiple and separate positionwise. (Please note that hiring will strictly depend
on the quality of the candidates fulfilling our recruitment parameters)
Job location: Delhi NCR/Noida, Kolkata, Mumbai.
Tentative duration of probation period: 6-month probation program and will be confirmed based on
their performance in the program.
CTC ranges:
UG: INR 3.00 LPA-INR 4.00 LPA
PG: INR 4.00 LPA-INR 5.00 LPA
Approx 10% will be variable.
The following guidelines will prevail while deciding the CTC of a candidate: If a candidate satisfies 50-
60% of our selection criteria, then they will be admitted to our 6 months training/apprenticeship
program and will be hired based on their performance in the program.

examination not for internals.
Job profile & responsibilities:
1. Trainee Technical Consultant:
Exposure to all Microsoft and SAP Stack of technologies (AX, D365, Business Central, SAP BYD,
Power Platform, Azure, Logic Apps, Android, IOS, SAP ABAP, etc).
At the beginning, you will be exposed to one technology at a time and slowly exposed to
multiple technologies.
Exposure of working on Reports, customizations and Integrations.
Experience full life cycle of Project Implementation.
You will be working as a Trainee Technical Consultant in ERP project.
2. Trainee Functional / Finance Consultant:
Understand Business Process of the client, document the requirement and map the process to
the features available in ERP.
You will be working on Finance Modules of various ERPs like Microsoft -D365/AX, Microsoft
NAV, SAP, etc and will parallelly learn the Supply Chain Management.
You will explore and grow your skills in upcoming areas in Financial & Management Accounting,
Cost Accounting, Managerial & Statutory Reporting, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and
Statutory & Internal Audit
Exposure to Finance and Supply Chain modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts
Payable, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, GST & Taxation, Procure to Pay, Sales & Distribution,
Raw Material to Finished Good (Discrete and Lean Manufacturing).
Experience full life cycle of project implementation.
You will be working as a Trainee Functional/Finance Consultant in ERP project.
3. Trainee Project Manager:
Planning of project from conception to go live.
Tracking and documenting the progress of the project.
Coordinating with consultants and clients.
Proper allocation of resources on a given project.
Learning and developing understanding towards ERP.
4. Sales Executive:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and
emails.
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
Understand customer's needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and
closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Data Management and Reporting
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
5. Sales Executive/BD:
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.
Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on product and services
Create frequents reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Participate on behalf of company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objection
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
6. HR Executive:
Understanding our organizational culture.
Profiling of people and organization in recruitment process.
Identifying and screening candidates by understanding if they are fit for the organization or not.
Doing behavioural analysis of people and identifying intrinsically/extrinsically driven people.
Understanding attrition in our organization.
Doing all the above work and connecting it with psychological concepts which can be treated as
psychological guide for our organization.
