Create a Maintenance Notification (IW21- N1) The Highlighted fields are mandatory.

Notification Saved 10000006 again, go to IW22 to process the Notification and enter the Notification No

After Assigning to Maintenance order Mention the Operations in Operations Tab and in Components
Tab Assign the Components against The Particular Operation

For Availability of Materials whether They Are in Stock or Non-Stock check in T-codes MMBE or MB52,
Stock Item Category is L and Nonstock Item Category is N

For stock Items (L category) check in General Data Option for reservation Number and For Non-Stock
Items (N Category) check in Purchasing Data Option for purchase Requisition Number.

1) Release and save.


2) For stock Items Based on Reservation Number or order number Goods Issue (MIGO-TCode)
3) For Non-Stock Items Based on Purchase Requisition Number We Must Create Purchase Order
(ME21N T-code)
4) Then Purchase Order Release (ME29N T-code)
5) GRN (Goods Receipt) Based on Purchase Order Number (MIGO T-code)
6) After Receiving the Stock and Non-Stock Components and completion of Work We must do
Order Confirmation in (IW41 T-code)
7) Then Technical Completion of Order (TECO) in IW32 T-code
8) After That Cost Settlement of Maintenance Order
9) After Receiving the Components in IW32 check the Order Status and costs of Maintenance
Order.

10) Also check the Document Flow in Maintenance Order

11) Next step is to confirm the Operations of Maintenance Order T-code is IW41.

12) After Confirmation of all operations save it and again go to IW32 And Observe the Status
of Maintenance Order.

13) After Confirmation of Maintenance Order next step is Technical Completion of Maintenance
Order as below.

Note: The above WBS is plant specific

14) During Completion of Maintenance Order enter the Malfunction End Time So that system Will
Calculate the Breakdown Time (Duration)

15) Also Click Complete notification and Now We can Observe the Status of Maintenance Order.
