JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF CHARACTER REFERENCE

age, Filipinos, and both resident of __________________________. after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state that;

1. We personally know JEFFREY CLARAMO CURAMEN who is our neighbor in


Sampaloc, Cabatuan, Isabela;

2. We know for a fact that, JEFFREY CLARAMO CURAMEN is not


leader/member/affiliated with any left leaning, cause-oriented, sectoral or
dubious organizations/group. Likewise, he was never involved in any trouble in
our barangay and any illegal activities such as drugs or gambling, he is a good
person, law abiding citizen and a person with good moral character;

3. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the fourth
civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary
interest in this matter whatsoever;

4. That, we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
