Elevator Site Requirements

• This table shows standard specifications without counterweight safety. Please consult our local agents for other specifications. • The temperature of the elevator hoistway shall be below 40˚C.
• Some specifications require a minimum floor height of more than 2500mm (MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC Standard) or 2600mm (EN81-20/50:2014). • The following conditions are required for maintaining elevator performance.
Please consult our local agents if the floor height is less than entrance height HH + 700mm, and the elevator is 1-Door 2-Gate. a. The relative humidity shall be below 90% on a monthly average and below 95% on a daily average.
Notes: b. Prevention against icing and condensation occurring due to a rapid drop in the temperature shall be provided in the elevator hoistway.
