Entered Items appear in the grid as shown below:
After entering all items click Confirm button to confirm the order – you will be asked to Confirm or not
thru a dialog box. Read the dialog box message and understand it before taking any action

Order confirmation page, order print is also automatically fired on this page.
b. Order thru Copy and Paste: after selecting party as shown 3. Placing order above you can cut order
data from an Excel file ad paste it in the box provided- shown below:

ITEM_CODE ORD_QTY REMARKS DLRY_DATE
cc-101 5 TEST 27/05/2015 Deliver date and remarks are optional.
You can enter multiple rows for an item with diriment delivery dates to make a schedule for that item.
If date is not entered current date is taken as default. Do not copy and paste header.
On Confirmation order will be confirmed as explained in Manual Entry section.
c. Upload thru Excel sheet:

i. Download from Menu and fill the Format with data to e uploaded:

You use the header here
ii. Save prepared file in any location in your computer.
iii. Select Party as explained earlier.
iv. Select File and click on upload menu as shown below:
v. You can add multiple lines of same item with different dates to make a schedule of delivery
of any Item.
vi. If there is an error in item code or Dates or any other it will be reported after upload is
pressed and no data will be uploaded till all errors are removed.
vii. After upload and verification you can confirm the order as usual.
