Fees Structure
Centres in the United Kingdom falls into region 1 along with other high-income economies – (normal
fees apply to all region 1 centres).
All prospective centres and learners should visit Fees Related Information page on www.othm.org.uk
for most updated information.
This Fees structure should be read in conjunction with the World Bank Group country classifications by
income level for current fiscal year to find which region their centre falls into and pay the appropriate
fees.
It is the centre responsibility to register learners with OTHM as soon as the learners join with the centre.
All fees are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) and payable to ‘OTHM Qualifications’ via bank transfer. We
reserve the right to make alterations to the Fee structure at our discretion.

• Travel & accommodation costs for the visit must be agreed, especially those centres outside UK.
• Initial centre approval fee is based on a single location. A centre having more than one location/campus
must have prior agreement which may be subject to additional costs.
• EQA fee for specialist or bespoke qualifications may vary.

Late registration fee
Centre must register learners with OTHM within 28 days from the class commencement or enrolment
whichever is earlier. OTHM may ask centre to provide copy of enrolment evidence for each learner.
Exceeding 28 days period may cause sanctions against centre and/or a £50 penalty as a late
registration fee per learner.
Learner transfer fee
Learner transferring from one approved centre to another must complete the Learner Transfer Form
and forward to us by the Centre accepting the learner. The learner transfer fee is same for all regions.

Certification / Replacement / Courier / Verification fee
All OTHM learners successfully completing a regulated qualification, ELP, and CPD/short courses will
receive their certificates and transcripts (where applicable) electronically and securely (downloadable
in PDF format) without any extra cost. If require learners and centres can also order paper printed
version using OTHM Digital Certificate Web Portal, additional fee and courier cost will apply. For more
