What is ELPAC?
The ELPAC Test is that:

Tests students in the 4 domains of language:


Listening, Speaking, Reading, & Writing
Measures the English Language Proficiency of
students when it is not their primary language
The Criteria to Be
RECLASSIFIED
1. Score an overall score of 4 on the ELPAC
2. GPA of 2.0 or higher, earning a “C” or higher in
ELA/ English classes
a. NO F’s in any core classes
3. Score of “Nearly Met” (score of 2 or higher) on
the SBAC exam
