USER ACCESS REQUEST CREATION
USER ACCESS REQUEST (UAR) CREATION
Step 1:
In your web browser, open the following link.
https://harscoprod.service-now.com/sp
Step 2:
Enter “Oracle ERP Access” in Search Field and
Press Enter key.
USER ACCESS REQUEST (UAR) CREATION
Step 3: User Type
Choose from
• Employee (only for Harsco
Employees)
• Consultant/Temp for others.
Step 4: Start Date
Date from which access is needed.
Step 5: End Date
Please mention an End Date , if
access has to be granted only for
limited period of Time.
Choosing an End date is
NOT MANDATORY
Step 6: Request Type
Choose between
• New: Brand New User
• Remove: To remove access.
• Update: For additional roles

Step 7: Countries
Select all the Countries, from the
list of values, user needs to access.
Step 8: Sites
Select Sites in those Countries to
which access is required for.
Step 9: Roles
Select roles user needs access
Step 10: Responsibilities
After Selecting Roles,
Responsibilities field will appear -
Choose the specific
Responsibilities from the list, if all
the responsibilities mapped to that
role are not needed.

Click on “Order Now

Enter the Name of the user for Click on plus symbol to expand and Click on Checkout to progress
whom this UAR is raised for enter Special Instructions, if any. the UAR .

On successful submission, the above screen is displayed.
