"Hello, my name is Othmane Hamraoui, and at 28 years old, I have a diverse background, I speak English Frensh and Arabic. For the past two years, I've
had the privilege of serving as a cabin crew member with Ryanair. Prior to that, I worked as an English tutor under the supervision of the EL Nssim
Association. This unique blend of experiences has honed my communication skills and adaptability."
2. Why do you want to become a cabin crew member?
"My time with Ryanair has fostered my passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the dynamic nature of the job fuels my enthusiasm for
continuing in this role. I find great satisfaction in ensuring the safety and comfort of diverse passengers from various backgrounds."
