NOTICE
Dear Parents/Guardians,
At the outset, I express my heartfelt thanks for the valuable co-opearation you have extended to the school
as responsible parents. The sudden closure of school with the outbreak of CONVID – 2019 followed by
lockdown declared by government has disrupted the normal functioning of certain activities of the school
like declaration of results and distribution of Achievement Profiles.
Covid – 2019 pandemic as no timeline defined and as of today it is difficult to predict when normalcy
will return. As the need of the hour is social distancing by staying home, we will be keeping you
updated through messaging and school website.
Keeping in mind the concerns of the parents and the academic loss of students the following decisions
have been taken :
1. All students upto class IX & XI promoted to the next higher class.
2. Hope parents have purchased the books of their wards. Those who are yet to purchase the books
may visit our school website notice board for the booklist made available.
3. To continue with the teaching learning process online classes will be conducted soon for the students
of Class X & XII. If feasible, this may subsequently be conducted for other classes too.
4. Teachers have been asked to prepare home work and assignments and upload the same in the school
website from time to time to keep the students fruitfully engaged during the lockdown period.
5. In accordance to the decision of the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa in the matter of hike of school
fees, the fee structure for the Session 2020 – 2021 are as follows :

There will be no readmission fee in any class.
Parents who are interested to pay their fees may do so using our online payment system through
our school website. Please go through the details for online payment in the notice placed in our
school website.
Parents who are interested to pay the school fees at a time for the whole year on or before 30th
April, 2020 will get 3% discount on tution fees only.
For the time being no fine will be imposed for late payment of school fees for the month of
March and April, 2020 only till further notification.
The regular classes for the new session 2020 – 2021 will commence as per the government decision.
As we are passing through a very unusual period unprecedented in the history of mankind, when the
entire world is fighting a common pandemic, we can only pray and hope for a quick recovery to normalcy
by the grace of God.
