STEP – 1: Browser Settings (Automated)

Please run the executable (.exe) file as shown below for automatic browser settings to run EPS
Note – The .exe file also checks automatically the required version of JAVA and installs the correct
version of JAVA if the same is not found in your system
1 Download the zip file (EPSAutoSetup4.0) from the below
links and save it in your Desktop
For BHEL:

2 Unzip the downloaded zip file and Save it in your Desktop
3 The .zip contains the following files. This is just for
information
a. epsautosetup‐i586
b. epsautosetupx64
c. Jre‐8u101‐windows‐i586
d. Jre‐8u101‐windows‐x64
4 If you are having 32 Bit System:
a. Click and run epsautosetup‐i586
It installs all required JAVA Components and set the Internet
Explorer Browser

a. Click and run epsautosetupx64
b. Click Remind Me Later when appears
c. Press Enter To Close when appears

5 After you run the executable (.exe) file as shown above,
please do the following settings:
a. In case of IE 10/11: Go to Internet Explorer->
Tools–> Compatibility view settings –> ADD

b. Enable the JAVA plugins: Go to Internet Explorer->
Tools –>Manage Add-ons-> If the JAVA Plugins is
displayed as disabled right click & ENABLE the
same

Please set the Internet Explorer browser and install JAVA manually as shown below
1 Open Internet Explorer and do the following Settings:
a. Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options ->
Security -> Custom Level -> Press ‘I’ on your
keyboard twice -> ENABLE Include Local Directory
path when uploading files to a server -> OK
b. Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options ->
Advanced -> Drag to bottom -> Ensure Use TLS
1.2 is checked, Use TLS 1.0 is checked , Use TLS
1.1 is checked -> OK
STEP – 2: Browser Settings (Manual) – Skip this if STEP ‐1 is Successful
c. If using Internet Explorer 10 or Above -> Tools ->
Compatibility View Settings -> Add buyjunction.in
-> OK
d. Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options ->
Security -> Trusted Sites -> Add

STEP – 2: Browser Settings (Manual) – Skip this if STEP ‐1 is Successful
e. Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options ->
Security -> Custom Level -> Press ‘U’ on your
keyboard -> DISABLE Pop Up Blocker -> OK
f. Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options ->
Privacy -> UNTICK Turn On Pop Blocker -> OK
STEP – 2: Browser Settings (Manual) – Skip this if STEP ‐1 is Successful
g. Tools -> Internet Options -> Manage Add On's ->
Enable all Java Plugins
2 Install JAVA and do the Settings as shown below:
a. Install JAVA 1.8.0_101 (32 and 64 bit ) from
below link
For 32 Bit System:

For 64 Bit System:

If it is a 32 bit system please install only 32 Bit Java
and if it is a 64 Bit System, please install both 32 Bit

b. Go to Control panel -> Java -> Java -> Security-
> Edit Site List -> Add -> Type manually

1 Please ensure that the JAVA, Browser Settings are
already done as mentioned above
2 Insert the E-Token in the USB Drive of your system
3 Login with the ID and Password already provided
4 Signing Certificate Mapping: For first time users OR
Login in with your NEW Certificate for first time, you may
receive a message during login process as follows
“Your Certificate is Pending for Approval”
For BHEL:
Please contact BHEL Administrator if you are an
empanelled vendor of BHEL and having a Vendor
Code, for Signing Certificate Approval (For the
contact nos. of BHEL Administrators please visit
https://bheleps.buyjunction.in/BQEPS/business/ad
min.action)
If you are NOT an empanelled vendor of BHEL and
having a OTI/OTF User Code, please mail at
eps.customercare@mjunction.in for Signing

STEP – 3: Login
5 Encryption Certificate Mapping: For first time users or
users who have purchased new Encryption Certificate has
to map their Encryption Certificate
To map Encryption Certificate -> Click Register DSC ->
Select “For Encryption” -> Click Select Digital Certificate -
> Select your Certificate and click OK -> Click Close to
close the certificate information box -> Check for the
message “Your Digital Certificate……. Has been
added successfully” which indicates that you have
successfully mapped your Encryption Certificate
Also ensure both the Signing and Encryption Certificate
are showing as ACTIVE during Login
6 Proceed for Bid Submission or any other Activity in EPS
by clicking Continue To Dashboard Button
