Introduction

This resource is designed to help you strategise the best chain of action for your goal.

Step 1: Organise Priorities

Right now your priorities should be 2 things.

1) Building a system to generate appointments (the amount needed as shown by the


reverse engineered maths)

2) Building the best insane product / service in your niche (to solve their problems)

Once you have appointments and something amazing to sell you can start to focus on other
things. I cannot give you a cut n’ dry method to plan out the rest of your
objectives/hires/systems because everyone is gonna be at different points.

When planning, I find it helpful to forget about timeframes or be extremely loose with the
times I give myself, or at least pessimistic. The purpose of this exercise is to get clarity on
what chain of action is required, so you don’t need to be hyper specific with timeframes.

Now I’m going to draft up a live plan for an example business (watch video for this live)

- Business currently doing $10k/mo


- Selling $3k product
- Wants to get to $50k/mo

3) Now spend the next couple of hours with a paper and pen thinking through your
Chain of Action. Every hire, every system, every objective. Write them all down and
then organise them according to priority.
