4 Check heater connection, heater and SSR By Multi meter and manually

5 Check machine levelling With Level meter

1. Always Refer Machine Manual to set the check point for Preventive maintenance requirement.
2. Quaterly & Half-yearly content can be mention under before/after column.

descaling pump with chemical 1940.

If filter chock clean the filter with


diesel.

If Red fill the vacuum oil 100 grade.

Check all Poka-Yoka and sensor with


opretional
