Term and conditions
1 Monthly average cost of fuel of IOC will be considerd for calculation of fuel cost. The rate
quoted is inclusive of cost of fuel, mobil and any other charges
2 GST as applicable from time to time will be paid extra on above mentioned rates. GST
TDS or IT TDS may be deducted @ 2% each or as per govt. order issued from time to
3 Normal booking hours will be 10.00 hours per day. For actual use beyond normal hours
will be paid as extra hours.

of kilometre covered beyond 20 km plus cost extra of hours actual of use. Extention of
duty peyond 24.00 hours at night upto 3.00 hours will not be counted as additional day,
5 Vehicle will be supplied at short notice of 2(two) hours,
& The service of the vehicle is to be provided on bandh days also if required.
7 Charges like parking fee, toll taxes and various taxes on road including journey to nearby
states, damages due to accidents if any or any other charges involved for movement of the
vehicle will be borned by the supplier.
& Vehicles with very good running condition and having taxi number will be allowed to be
deployed
9 Mileage wil start and terminate at DDK Jalpaiguri. No Mileage shall be allowed for any
lunch and tea break.
10 The speedometers of the taxis as may be supplied shall be in working order as. per
regulation of the appropriate Transport Authority. The driver of the vehicle must carry Car
Log sheet, The spesdometer reading will be required to be recorded and got signed by the
user of the vehicle at the start and end of every journey on Car log Sheet. The Log sheets
will be required to be made available for varification by the H.0.0. or his representative as
and when asked
11 In case of vehicle on monthly use lowest rate will be calculated on the basis of 40 km run
and 11 hours of use and in case of other types of vehicles it will be on the basis of 150 km
run and 14 hours of use considering 5 % weightage on night halt charges to all types of
vehicles
