Azure DevOps Notes

DevOps/Agile/Scrum Workflow
- Create a scrum team that gathers requirement from end users. This is a continuous
process.
- From the requirements create user stories
- From user stories create product backlog which contains all features that needs to be
implemented for the product.
- From product backlog create sprint backlog. There will be multiple sprints to implement
all the features from the product backlog

To follow the above process, we need a tool – Azure DevOps is a tool that can be used for the
above requirements

Task How To
Work Item Process When creating a new project inside an organization, in
the advance section you can choose work item process
from one of the below
Agile/Basic/CMMI/Scrum
Basic Process has – Epic/Issue/Task
Agile process has – Bug/Epic/feature/issue/Task/Test
Case/User Story
Create a user story Boards – Work Item  User story
