Do you live in a house or an apartment?

How long have you lived in your house or apartment?

 What's your favorite room where you live?

I love the bedroom most. At the moment it is a bit of a mess but it is a great place to relax and
unwind after having an exhausting day like listening to my playlist.

 Is there anything you don't like about where you live?

Of course, I think I'd have to say that I'm not so keen on the weather. To be more precise, I really
can't stand the summer months. This is due to the fact that the temperature in HCM can get as
high as 40 degrees so it can be quite uncomfortable.

 What kind of place do you think you will live in in the future?

I am a workaholic. Therefore, I prefer to live in the places that elevate my mood and energize
me. For example, Vung Tau is a great place not only for enhancing career prospects but also for
having mental health with a breathtaking view.

 Would you prefer to live in the city or the countryside?

 Do you have a garden?

-tiny garden on the top floor where I can plant some fruit trees and some cactus pots. I visit to
take care of them on a regular basis as a way to immerse myself in nature

 Do you live on your own?

Is it better to live on your own or with other people?

 Which room do you spend most time in when you're at home?


My favorite area in my home is the living room because it is where my family gathers and makes
decisions. For example, my family gathers in the living room every evening to enjoy the TV
show.

 Have you ever moved house?

Yes, I have moved to a new house for once because I need to find job opportunities and a place
where close to all the amenities such as the hospital, convenience store, etc

 Now let's talk about hobbies and interests.
 Tell us about your hobbies and interests.

 Have you got any hobbies?

Absolutely yes, my favorite hobby is hitting the gym or fitness center because I want to get
clean. In addition, it brings about a lot of relationships.

 Are there any hobbies you used to have that you don't do anymore

Yes, I used to prefer bike riding. It was my main mode of transportation up until I got my first
motorbike some 5 years ago. Ever since then, I have ridden it probably a total of three times.

 Is there a hobby you would like to start?

Well, if I have more spare time, I will start to play table tennis which is one of the most
important sports that is not suitable for all ages of people. Because you need to be physically
sound to play table tennis.

 What do you like to do at the weekend?

 Do you like doing activities alone or with other people?

Well, I'd rather just stay at home to play games as well. But on other occasions, I believe that
hanging out with a group of friends can be great fun. You know, the more the merrier

 What are the most popular hobbies in your country?

I think football is probably a super-popular pastime in my country. Most people support their
favorite team and it brings people together to socialize.

 Do any of your friends have an interesting hobby?

Yes of course. It is reading books. You know books are the best way for me to unwind after an
exhausting day. It is also a perfect source of knowledge that helps me to learn more about the
culture of countries.

 What do you do when you get home from your studies or work?

 Are there any hobbies you wouldn't like to do?

Well, it probably is singing. I know that my voice sounds terrible so I don't have the confidence
to sing in front of someone.

 Do you like going to parties?

 When was the last party you went to?

The last party I went to was in the house of my parents. It was a great party because of a lot of
delicious food. The house party is mellow with great food and music. Meeting and talking to
relatives and family friends.

 What kind of things do people celebrate in your country?

People also celebrate festivals like Christmas, New Year, and so on. For example, in my country,
Vietnam, every year we celebrate National Independence Day on the 2nd of September.

 Have you been to a wedding?

I've only been to one wedding that wasn't a family member's. I don't have a very big circle of
friends and the few close friends I do have are still unmarried. I feel like weddings are such a big
deal and it kind of makes me feel like I'm a proper adult.
 What do you like to do at parties?

I like to dance at parties. Enjoying the watering food, I may drink a lot of alcohol, chat up a
woman, and make new relationships in this place

Yes of course. HCM city has a lot of tourist attractions where I can come and meet international
visitors to improve my English ability.

 Do you like to buy souvenirs?

Yes, I do. Although I don't travel as much as I'd like to, I do appreciate the value of meaningful
keepsakes from my journeys.

 Are you going on holiday this year?


 Do you like to travel on your own?

If I had a chance to go somewhere I would choose to travel with a group of friends because it is
much more fun and enjoyable. We can discover new things, meet different people, enjoy
different foods, and explore different places together

 What's your favorite way of traveling?

I like traveling most by road as I can discover most of the beautiful scenery passing by road on
top of that I would never miss out on the way and a direction

Studying

 Do you enjoy studying English?
 Have you got a favorite room to study in at home?
 What time of day is your best time for studying?

If you would like to optimize your attention span and practice deep learning, then science advises
you to study between the hours of 4 am and 7 am.

 Do you like to study online?

In my opinion, online learning is quite good because we don't need to go to school, while online
learning has been really convenient, social media has been a real nuisance to my learning
progress.

 What are the advantages and disadvantages of studying

I think studying alone is a better choice. Most of the time when you study in groups, you end up
talking about random topics wasting your time in conversations that have no informative
outcomes. It is better to study on your own rather than go to the central

 Which area of English do you find most difficult?

The most difficult part of learning English is pronunciation. A lot of learners find it difficult to
articulate sounds.

 Is the internet always useful for studying? Is there a subject you would like to study?
