 The summary of the company/organization should include the following
 History of the organization
 Vision and Mission of the Organization
 Sector that the company/institution operates in? Specify the products and services
produced and offered to its customers.
 Who are regarded as the customers of your internship company/institution
(consider the end users, retailers, other manufacturers, employees, etc.)?
 Provide the factory layout of the internship organization.
 About the different departments of the organization
 Brief about the different departments in the organization, its process in the form of
block diagram/ flow chart, photos of the departments, raw material and final
products.
 Work Culture: [Example: Freedom to experiment, Friendly Management,

 What kind of manufacturing techniques/technologies are used in the organization?

throughout your training.
 Do a comparison between theory (things you have learned in the classroom) and
practice (things you did or observed at the company).
 Present some work samples that you have encountered/conducted at the company

your report.
