Position: PMO/ Process Analyst

Job Description
▪ You will be closely working with the Engagement Leads and Manager for practice development and project
delivery.
▪ You will need to work with the project team to provide data-driven and analysis-rich deliverables deriving
strategic insights.
▪ You will need to work with Engagement heads in process improvements and change management
Responsibilities:
▪ Focused quality research to arrive at a well-framed and thought solution for organization strategic
initiatives
▪ Work in collaboration with team members and ensure superior deliverables.
▪ Contributing to cost optimization initiatives and strategic initiatives.
▪ Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end
understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business
requirements
▪ Analyze business processes and identify potential automation opportunities.
▪ Work with the Solution Lead/Project Manager to perform Feasibility and Value analysis (ROI) for the
targeted processes
▪ Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements.
▪ Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for automation initiatives, capture and document Existing As-
Is process.
▪ Deliver key business analysis artifacts, using best practices and tools, for the Proposed solution /To-Be
process
Must have :
▪ High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
▪ Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
▪ Document and diagram the existing and proposed environment and process flows.

▪ Extremely detail-oriented with high standards for written and visual presentation of information as well as
idea
▪ Excellent research, analytical, and numerical skills
▪ Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy; a strong can-do attitude; ability and willingness to
work in a fast-growing set-up
▪ Communicate clear and concise status information to stakeholders including Leadership
▪ Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
▪ Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
▪ Ability to analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions
