Appetizing Adjective Menu Project
This assignment will give you the opportunity to design your own restaurant menu and to
use adjectives to make it more appetizing!
Directions:
1. Brainstorm what kind of menu you would like to make (the kind of food,
restaurant you want to create, etc).
2. Brainstorm adjectives you will use to make your menu more appetizing. Be
creative!!! Please feel free to use a thesaurus for ideas and different adjectives.
3. You must come up with five different adjectives to describe your food items
(heavenly, delightful, juicy, etc. to describe a hamburger).
4. You must write a short description of what kind of restaurant you created and the
food it contains (Example: Try our heavenly, juicy, delightful hamburger. The
tantalizing smell will make your mouth water!).
5. You must underline all the adjectives you used in your menu.
6. You must have illustrations in your menu.
Again, BE CREATIVE!!!
