I am Evert O. Loquinario, 44 years of age, and a resident of Nagdayao, Sibalom,
Antique. I graduated from my college at the University of Antique with a degree of
Bachelor in Elementary Education, majoring in Mathematics. Furthermore, I passed
the Licensure Examination for Teachers. I obtained a Master of Education degree
with 42 units from Northwestern Visayan Colleges, Master of Arts in Education.
Furthermore, I am currently in charge of Grade 4 classes and have been the
Teacher-in-Charge of V. Grasparil Elementary School for nine (9) years until now.
This letter of intent demonstrates my interest and readiness to serve as a full-time
Teacher-in-Charge, enabling me to fully manage the school.

I, the undersigned, would like to express my intent to apply for the Teacher-in-Charge
position. I am confident that my knowledge, abilities, and experiences, combined with my
communication skills, high sense of integrity, and most importantly, my willingness to
adapt and learn, would greatly benefit the Department.
Furthermore, I am currently working as a teacher handling Grade four class and have been
the Teacher-in -Charge of V. Grasparil Elementary School for nine (9) years until now.
Those experiences have helped me realize my potential as a real school administrator and
has encouraged me to pursue this dream
Hence, I obtained a Master of Education degree with 42 units from Northern Visayan
Colleges, Master of Arts in Education
As a person who believes that learning is a lifelong process, I continue to improve myself
by attending seminars and training and, most importantly, by reading and researching to
make myself adept in knowledge concerning education, whether that be in classroom
management, curriculum planning, program development, teaching and learning
processes, etc.
As an educator, I am the kind of visionary who recognizes that teaching and learning are
the top priorities of a school. As an instructional leader in my classroom, I believe that
achieving success as a leader by any means requires doing the right things right. I believe
that this kind of quality is what will make me a great administrator.
