Uses of function keys in Tally Prime/ Voucher.
1. F1 key= To open Help window in Tally Prime.
2. F2 key= F2 is used to change the date in voucher, company, trail balance etc.
3. F3 key= F3 key is used to create new company, select company and alter company.
4. F4 key = Contra = F4 key is used to Record the transactions of bank in tally prime.
5. F5 key= Payment = F5 key is used to Record the payment voucher in tally prime.
6. F6 key= Receipt = F6 key is used to Record the receipt of payment in cash or bank.
7. F7 key= Journal= f7 key is used to record the transactions of credit purchase and sale.
8. F8 key= sales= F8 key is used to record the sale of goods and service in voucher.
9. F9 key= Purchase= F9 key is used to record the entry of purchase in voucher.
10 F10 key= F10 key is used to open the other voucher section. There are multiple inactive
vouchers in tally prime which can be activate in F10.
